Therapy Sessions

I offer psychotherapy sessions to help you navigate relationship and emotional challenges.

Everything begins with a first meeting, during which you can assess if you feel comfortable in our relationship and would like to continue.

Sessions take place once a week, unless we decide otherwise together.
We can meet online or in-person in Vilnius.
The duration of one session is 50 minutes.

Do I have a specialization? I work with adults (18+) and am open to exploring all topics that arise during our sessions. This includes relationship difficulties, emotional challenges, a feeling of being stuck, traumatic experiences, life challenges, and crises.

I have additionally delved into these topics:

  • Shame

  • Social anxiety, self-worth and perfectionism

  • Anger expression / Assertiveness

  • Men's psychology and the Nice Guy Syndrome

  • Psychoactive substances

  • Sexuality

  • Suicide

  • Trauma therapy (EMDR)

In my work, I am mostly guided by these therapeutic approaches:

  • Gestalt therapy – a focus on the here-and-now, bodily experience, and our interpersonal connection.

  • C.G. Jung's analytical psychology – we delve into your inner parts and restoring the dialogue between them.

  • Trauma therapy – I am sensitive to deeply painful experiences and trained in how to work with them.

By the way, my loyal friend, Mango the dog, often joins me in the consultation room.

However, if you have allergies or bad experiences with dogs, it's not a problem. He can spend his time elsewhere while we are together.
